Carboxyworld is a place where patients can find information about carboxytherapy and co2 injections for skin treatments. It is also a portal for doctors to get the latest scientific articles, equipment news, protocols and video workshops. This web site is willing to create a community of professionals and patients while sharing as much information as possible about CO2 treatments.
 Carboxytherapy is not new at all. it was discovered in France in the 30ies in Royat and first used to treat leg vascular diseases. Doctors have found that bath containing CO2 gas were able to increase vascularization of the legs and lower ischemia. They also realized that sub-cutaneous injections of CO2 was able to increase blood flow, lowering ischemia also..
