Hands decolletage neck skin rejuvenation

Principle
This rejuvenation procedure aims to stimulate collagen synthesis and skin elasticity.

Indication
Neck skin laxity, neck laces, neck wrinkles, hand rejuvenation, décolletage skin laxity (lentigo and other pigmented lesions are not good indications for CDT).

Protocol

  • Intradermal injections
  • One session per month
  • Flow at 80 cc/min (pain . . .)
  • Punctures spaced 1 or 2 cm until the full surface is covered.
  • Number of sessions: three to six sessions

Technique and Injection Points

  • Neck: cover the full surface with punctures 1–2 cm apart
  • Hands: cover the full surface with punctures 1–2 cm apart
  • Décolletage: cover the full surface with punctures 1–2 cm apart.

The needle may be bent to ease the tangential puncture .
No overlapping should occur. A well-treated appears red. Any white disks remaining are untreated zones, which the operator needs to correct. When treating the hands, it is necessary to pinch the skin and pull it so as to avoid nerves or blood vessels when injecting.

Endpoint
A circle of skin 1–2 mm wide whitens momentarily when the needle is intradermal. Then, almost immediately, the skin detaches, remaining detached for 1 or 2 minutes, after which there is redness for 15 minutes.

Post-treatment Care
No post-treatment care is necessary.

Pain Management
If pain is experienced, lower the flow or make multiple punctures instead of a few.
