Stretch marks protocol with 1 session per month.

The patient is a French 52 years old lady. Stretch marks after pregnancy. The stretch marks are old and white. No other treatment has been performed yet. I decided to use carboxytherapy only with a number of 6 to 8 sessions in mind, each 3 or 4 weeks. CO2 was injected in the dermis mainly and partially subcutaneously.

The small photo show the aspect of the skin immediately after the injection with a Pop-corn aspect which stays around 3 or 4 minutes, leaving a red color which last 15 minutes approx.

Here is the photo before session 1. The strectch marks were white. CO2 injection were made into the dermis mainly, with a few subcutneous punctures. Patient reported some disconfort (burn sensation during the cession then nothing after).

We planed to do 2 extra sessions to try and go further witha better result.
